  • How can I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel your membership by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store
  • I have a suggestion or custom request
    If you have suggestions on how our app could improve, please email us! We always want to be improving.
  • I made a change and I am not seeing it in my store
    Please ensure you hit the “SAVE” button on the bottom right of the settings menu, and the menu is activated on the device type you are previewing. If you are still experiencing troubles, please email us at support@hurdleapps.com
  • The app is installed, but something is messed up. I need help
